Companies pursuing continuing education and training may promote themselves as a Verified Watershape Company (VWC). This is available only to companies that maintain a Verified Watershape Foreman (VWF) or higher level of credential in a leadership position within the company. Leadership positions include owners, directors, and managers. The credential represents the whole company and their leadership in embracing education. We expect that leadership requires a top-down approach to management within a company.
The International Watershape Institute (IWI) credential honors the VWP team that verifiably practices what Watershape University professes: quality design, engineering, construction and business practices. Candidates are coached by existing IWI teammates while qualifications are verified through a rigorous vetting system.
